Second reply here, last one didn’t post. Oh well, I’ll write a reply anew.
If we look forward to a time when the world is no longer as we know it, we mourn our time of now, the place we’ve been granted and the positions we wish we could undo.
The future, because it is known to none of us, calls for us to construct beliefs, to have faith to project a system on the infinite, the unknown.
But like any energetic truth, the earth, our Mother is ever changing, nothing remains the same. Subtle and slow or fast and catastrophic, change is the now followed by the now.
And so, what do we make of the fact that amoeba will now reign supreme one day and man, who formerly held the crown is no longer the top of the food chain? The tragedy? We had a chance to make a difference and the eternally virgin earth constructs a new paradigm and we have to work our way back to a place we once thought ours, without question.
The tragedy, is that we lost our way and the memoir is being written and we missed the key points, the indicators of our demise.

But life, it goes on.
